By accessing this website or using the CLERINT platform (“the Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
Permitted use
The Services are provided for lawful intelligence, investigative and analytical work by authorised organisations and their personnel. You agree to use the Services only in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and the lawful authority under which your organisation operates.
Accounts & access
Access is granted on a role-based basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
Intellectual property
The CLERINT name, marks, software and documentation are the property of CLERINT and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to reproduce the Services except as expressly permitted under your agreement.
Privacy policy
We collect only the information necessary to operate the Services and to respond to enquiries you submit — such as your name, work email, organisation and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to you, to provide and improve the Services, and to meet our legal obligations.
How we handle your data
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Operational data processed within a customer deployment stays within that customer's perimeter; in on-premise and air-gapped deployments, no data leaves the boundary you define.
- We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
Acceptable-use policy
You agree not to use the Services to violate the rights of others, to conduct unlawful surveillance, or in any manner inconsistent with your organisation's legal authority and oversight obligations. The Services include role-based access controls and immutable audit logging to support accountable use; you agree not to circumvent these controls.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Data sovereignty & security
CLERINT is designed so that the deployment tier is a configuration choice. For restricted and classified workloads, tenant isolation, on-premise or air-gapped operation, and a swappable on-premise AI model ensure that sensitive data never leaves your controlled environment.
